I moved to the Pensacola area in 2008 and in the fall of 2008 attended Soothing Arts Healing Therapies, where I graduated in February 2009. I had spent 8 ½ years in the Marine Corps and have seen the toll that can take on individuals bodies. I am interested in helping those with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, daily stress reduction, and even work on reducing stress and flexibility in children and athletes.

I currently use Swedish Massage Techniques, Sports Massage and some Neuromuscular Therapy Techniques in my practice. I also offer Hydrotherapy and Aromatherapy as treatments

Learning is my first love. I also love to research new ways of releasing pain and tension. I think showing people ways to be in control of their stress and pain is an important asset of my practice.

For those who have a more physically demanding life style, high stress or that "knot" that needs to be worked out, a deep tissue massage may be for you.
